This tour was definitely the highlight of our entire European visit this year! Roberto was so engaging. And there is nothing like riding a bike around such a charming part of the world! Our trail took us to the outskirts of town and we rode along the lake, such a breathtaking scene. We felt safe the entire time and had an amazing time. Thank you!

I woke up one morning & decided to head to Lucerne by train and spontaneously booked this tour a few hours before my arrival. I definitely did not regret this decision - this tour is everything you can dream of and more! This is the perfect tour to escape the city buzz and enjoy the most picturesque views Lucerne has to offer. The bikes adds a unique touch and you really get to see a lot in such a short time.
I can't say enough good things about Roberto. He will make you feel welcomed from the from first handshake and will have you in stitches throughout the day! Very knowledgeable, witty and fun! He was also kind enough to let me borrow his hat and also take me on a night tour in the city which was beautiful. This is the only tour you will need to book if you are visiting Lucerne and would recommend it to anyone travelling solo, with family or friends. Happy looping :)

The excellent skills of our guided, the beautiful neighborhoods of Lucerne, the fun we had on the tour. Probably the best excursion we had in Europe. I would recommend this to anyone and would do it again.

Roberto was the perfect guide! We got lucky and it was just our group on the tour. We were able to take our time to stop for photos and take in the scenery. He answered all our questions about the city. The bike was easy to manuvuer and a relatively easy ride. He took us around the lake into a remote area outside the city. It was very peaceful and we got to see a different side of Luzern that we wouldn’t have otherwise. Roberto also went above and beyond and offered to answer any questions we had while in town. Don’t pass it up!

When we travel, we like to hire bikes or join cycle tours. Roberto's tour in Lucerne is the best we have enjoyed. The eBike is great! Even with my dodgy left knee I had no problem pedalling my wife and the teddy bear the 14 kilometres of the trip.
Roberto puts together a very interesting and enjoyable outing, with a couple of lovely surprises thrown in.
Very highly recommended by us!

Roberto was wonderful! The tour was in December so it was cold, however, he was prepared. He supplied blankets, hot tea, cookies and a stop at a locally owned coffee shop. Saw parts of the city we would not have seen! Highly recommend 👌

This is definitely the very best way to see and enjoy Lucerne. We booked through Viator because of the numerous excellent reviews. We had absolutely no regrets. Only wish we had another day with Loop Tours About a week prior to the tour, Roberto began communication via email and then What'sApp. He was detailed, responsive and so positive. From the moment he met us at the hotel(we were here only participants that day) we knew we were ready for a fun and informative morning. We had planned to meet near the train station, which is extremely easy to find.
We were regaled by his knowledge and enthusiasm. Be ready for many onlooker stares...this is a novel venue for a tour. In fact, this is the only "cargo" ebike in town. We definitely saw places tourists never see. From the drive down to the homes of the wealthy to a wonderful chat with a 77 year old gentleman who swims in Lake Lucerne daily, each encounter was unique. And Roberto, what can I say. He is there to make your day complete. Accomdating, knowing lots about the local vendors(the best chocolate shoppe), and an able historian, Roberto is the consummate tour guide. We booked late and were surprised to be telephoned personally by Roberto to confirm arrangements. The tour was not quite what we expected but it was a wonderful way to have a private guided tour around the city and environs. We thoroughly enjoyed the personal touch guiding us through parts of the area we would never have visited alone, Not an Altstadt in sight but we both thoroughly recommend this tour!
