Budapest Parliament Tour Including Hotel Pick-Up

The company did not add anything of value. I do not understand the need for this company. The company picked us up from the hotel, took us to the parlament, and bought the tickets. Nothing a normal person, without much effort, can do.

We paid £82 for this tour with Viator a taxi picked us up from our hotel & literally drove us round the corner to the Intercontinental Hotel where we waited at least 15 minutes. We then boarded a coach & were driven 5 minutes round the corner to the Parliament Building. We were given our tickets & put in a queue. Our Viator guide then left & that was that!!?? We then joined an English tour provided to everyone & anyone by the building itself. The building is beautiful & a "must see" for sure. We paid £82.00 for this with Viator - if we had simply booked the same tour that we went on with the English speaking guide at the same time via the Parliament Building website directly it would have cost us £36.33 !!!!! We literally have no idea what we paid the extra £50 for??? Evrything is so close & we could have walked there in 5 minutes ourselves. Please book this attraction directly & save yourselves a lot of money!!! You cannot go round on your own and must join a tour but that is all provided anyway for less than half the price.

Staff was friendly. Prepared you for the tour that would be provided at the parliament. Easy way to start tour.

We were told where the pick up location was and we waited and waited. I called designated number and was told to return to the boat and wait on the road (a major busy highway with no place to park). Finally after several phone calls, we were picked up at the original place and taken to the local office where we were put on a van that took us to the Parliament. No explanation previously and a lot of confusion. The tour of the Parliament was excellent but lack of explanation or communication caused a lot of anxiety and anger.

This was a beautiful building to see inside and out. We were able to see the change of the guard which was fun. The tour was informative and our guide was interesting and allowed plenty of time for questions.

Standard visit to the Parliament done by local guide. Short Bus tour to the parliament wuth few explanations from the Agency guide. Tour was supposed to begin earlier that what it effectively did.

The tour did get off to a rocky start as we had signed up for a hotel pickup which did not happen. There seemed to be mass confusion with the local guides at the pickup point. For the start of the tour I would have only given this a 1 star. Once we got to the Parliment, the local guide that took us through the actual building was fabulous, very professional, explanations were clear, English was very good. Next time I would check out just buying the tickets online.

The Parliament tour was surprisingly very interesting. The architecture was beautiful and the building inside in great condition as it was only built in the 1800's, not as old as other tourist sites. My husband wasn't too enthusiastic about going, but ultimately he really liked the tour. So this visit was well worth it. The tour pick up was great and everything went smoothly.

It is a short tour around 45-50 mins and the guide was very knowledgeable and was not rushing the group at all.

Really enjoyed this tour! Not too long and always very informative. Our English speaking guide Andres was good banter and really fun to listen to
