Private Transfer from Basel to Several Destinations in Switzerland

Driver was prompt courteous and the process was hassle free. Just what we wanted.

We had a private transfer from Basel to Geneva. We had pickup from the river port where the Viking River Cruise ended to our hotel in Geneva. We booked a sedan but needed a van because of luggage and passenger size. Because the pickup in Basel was from an unusual location not airport or hotel we also needed to communicate pickup point to provider of the private transfer directly. The company had a Viator representative who spoke English and was able to handle our Van and pickup point request. They spoke English and communication was quick and easy. They confirmed pickup point and that they were providing a van. Everything was flawless. The van was at the correct location at the correct time. On the way to Geneva the van broke down but we made it to a roadside parking lot where they had a replacement van waiting. We moved ourselves and luggage over with minimal hassle and delay. Excellent service... completely satisfied.
